FOR IMPROVEMENTS TO THE PLAYGROUND AT LOVING ELEMENTARY SCHOOL IN THE LOVING MUNICIPAL SCHOOL DISTRICT IN EDDY COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the state department of public education

seventy-five thousand dollars ($75,000) to make improvements to the playground, including water runoff grading, at Loving elementary school in the Loving municipal school district in Eddy county.
