FOR IMPROVEMENTS TO THE PARKING LOT AT LOVING HIGH SCHOOL IN THE LOVING MUNICIPAL SCHOOL DISTRICT IN EDDY COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the state department of public education

one hundred forty thousand dollars ($140,000) to make improvements to the parking lot at Loving high school in the Loving municipal school district in Eddy county.
