FOR IMPROVING THE HORSE COUNCIL ARENA AND FAIRGROUNDS IN EDDY COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

two hundred sixty thousand dollars ($260,000) to make improvements, including compliance with the requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990, at the horse council arena and fairgrounds in Eddy county.
