FOR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS AT LOS ALTOS PARK IN ALBUQUERQUE IN BERNALILLO COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

six hundred fifty thousand dollars ($650,000) to replace fencing and backstops and pave the road and lots in the Los Altos park complex in Albuquerque in Bernalillo county.
