FOR A NEW SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY BUILDING AT NEW MEXICO HIGHLANDS UNIVERSITY IN LAS VEGAS IN SAN MIGUEL COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the board of regents of New Mexico highlands university

four million dollars ($4,000,000) to develop the site for, plan, design and construct a science and technology building and to renovate the Lora Mangum Shields science building at New Mexico highlands university in Las Vegas in San Miguel county.
