FOR IMPROVEMENTS TO THE RIBERA MUTUAL DOMESTIC WATER CONSUMERS ASSOCIATION WATER SYSTEM IN SAN MIGUEL COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the department of environment

thirty thousand dollars ($30,000) to repair the water lines and make other related improvements to the water system in the Ribera mutual domestic water consumers association in San Miguel county.
