FOR A NEW BUILDING FOR THE SCHOOL OF SOCIAL WORK AT NEW MEXICO HIGHLANDS UNIVERSITY IN LAS VEGAS IN SAN MIGUEL COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the board of regents of New Mexico highlands university

six million five hundred seventy thousand dollars ($6,570,000) to plan, design and construct a building for the school of social work at New Mexico highlands university in Las Vegas in San Miguel county.
