FOR A TRAFFIC SIGNAL NEAR ESPANOLA VALLEY HIGH SCHOOL IN RIO ARRIBA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the state highway and transportation department

forty-five thousand dollars ($45,000) to install a traffic signal at the Fairview lane and el Llano road 291 intersection near Espanola Valley high school in Espanola in Rio Arriba county.
