FOR IMPROVEMENTS AT THE SOUTHERN NEW MEXICO STATE FAIRGROUNDS IN DONA ANA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) to design, construct and equip facilities at the southern New Mexico state fairgrounds in Dona Ana county.
