REQUESTED BY W. Ken Martinez

FOR CAPITAL PROJECTS IN TORREON-STAR LAKE CHAPTER IN MCKINLEY AND SANDOVAL COUNTIES.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

• to the New Mexico office of Indian affairs

one hundred fifty thousand dollars ($150,000) to plan, design and construct a multipurpose facility for the Torreon-Star Lake chapter in McKinley and Sandoval counties; and

thirty thousand dollars ($30,000) to construct a warehouse and fire station utility facility for the Torreon-Star Lake chapter in McKinley and Sandoval counties.
