FOR COUNTY ROAD IMPROVEMENTS IN THE HAYSTACK AREA OF MCKINLEY AND CIBOLA COUNTIES.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the state highway and transportation department

twenty-five thousand dollars ($25,000) to improve county roads in the Haystack area of McKinley and Cibola counties.
