FOR THE CONTINUATION OF CONSTRUCTION TO PIPELINE ROAD IN SANDOVAL COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the state highway and transportation department

forty-five thousand dollars ($45,000) to continue construction of Pipeline road in Sandoval county.
