FOR PHASE 4 IMPROVEMENTS TO THE BLUEWATER ACRES DOMESTIC WATER ASSOCIATION IN THOREAU IN MCKINLEY COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the department of environment

fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) for phase 4 improvements to the Bluewater Acres domestic water association in Thoreau in McKinley county.
