STATE OF NEW MEXICO

45TH LEGISLATURE - SECOND SESSION - 2002

REQUESTED BY W. Ken Martinez

FOR CAPITAL PROJECTS FOR THE CROWNPOINT CHAPTER IN MCKINLEY COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

• to the state agency on aging

forty-five thousand dollars ($45,000) to plan and design an eastern Navajo elderly group home and care center for the Crownpoint chapter in McKinley county; and

• to the New Mexico office of Indian affairs

fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) to construct bathroom additions, including plumbing and electrical wiring, for homes located in the southeast, southwest and northeastern rural areas of the Crownpoint chapter in McKinley county; and

fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) to plan and design a multi-agency complex for the Crownpoint chapter in McKinley county.
