FOR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS AT THE TRADES AND TECHNOLOGY BUILDING AT SAN JUAN COLLEGE IN FARMINGTON IN SAN JUAN COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the governing board of San Juan college

one million seven hundred fifty thousand dollars ($1,750,000) to remodel and to plan, design, construct and equip an addition to the trades and technology building, including compliance with the requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990, at San Juan college in Farmington in San Juan county.
