FOR AN ENGINEERING REPORT AND ENVIRONMENTAL ASSESSMENT FOR THE BERINO MUTUAL DOMESTIC WATER CONSUMERS ASSOCIATION IN DONA ANA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the department of environment

sixty-eight thousand dollars ($68,000) for an engineering report and environmental assessment to improve the water system of the Berino mutual domestic water consumers association in Dona Ana county.
