FOR ACEQUIA IMPROVEMENTS IN SANTA FE AND RIO ARRIBA COUNTIES.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

• to the interstate stream commission

seventeen thousand four hundred dollars ($17,400) to replace dilapidated culverts, repair and replace head gates on the main ditch-serving laterals and correct erosion and flood control at major arroyos in the acequia de la Canada Ancha area in Santa Fe and Rio Arriba counties; and

fifteen thousand dollars ($15,000) for culvert repairs, replacement of head gates on the main ditch, erosion control and other related improvements to the Chimayo district ditch association irrigation area in Santa Fe county.
