HOUSE CAPITAL OUTLAY REQUEST 1115

45TH LEGISLATURE - SECOND SESSION - 2002

REQUESTED BY Ben Lujan

FOR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS IN ESPANOLA IN RIO ARRIBA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

• to the state highway and transportation department

twenty-eight thousand dollars ($28,000) to install a traffic signal at the Fairview extension and state road 291 near the Espanola high school in Espanola in Rio Arriba county; and

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) to acquire water rights for the city of Espanola in Rio Arriba county.
