FOR A LOW-WATER CROSSING FOR ARROYO DE LA ESCUELA IN HERNANDEZ IN RIO ARRIBA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the state highway and transportation department

two hundred fifty thousand dollars ($250,000) to construct a low-water concrete crossing for arroyo de la Escuela in Hernandez in Rio Arriba county.
