FOR PHASE 1 OF THE ELDORADO CROSSING PROJECT IN ALBUQUERQUE IN BERNALILLO COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the state highway and transportation department

one million five hundred thousand dollars ($1,500,000) for phase 1 improvements and reconfiguring the traffic pattern at Montgomery and Juan Tabo boulevards, known as the Eldorado crossing, in Albuquerque in Bernalillo county.
