FOR RENOVATING AND CONSERVING THE WORLD WAR I AND II MEMORIAL TOWER AT NEW MEXICO STATE UNIVERSITY IN LAS CRUCES IN DONA ANA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the board of regents of New Mexico state university

three hundred ten thousand dollars ($310,000) for renovating and conserving the World War I and II memorial tower at New Mexico state university in Las Cruces in Dona Ana county.
