FOR AN ENGINEERING ANALYSIS FOR A WASTEWATER SYSTEM AT COCHITI LAKE IN SANDOVAL COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the department of environment

one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) to conduct an engineering analysis and construct a wastewater system in Cochiti Lake in Sandoval county.
