FOR A DRAINAGE DITCH COVER FOR THE MIDDLE RIO GRANDE CONSERVANCY DISTRICT IN BELEN IN VALENCIA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

twenty-five thousand dollars ($25,000) to cover a drainage ditch for the middle Rio Grande conservancy district in Belen in Valencia county.
