FOR IMPROVEMENTS TO THE ALCALDE MUTUAL DOMESTIC WATER CONSUMERS ASSOCIATION IN RIO ARRIBA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the department of environment

fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) for replacement of water lines and other related improvements to the Alcalde mutual domestic water consumers association in Rio Arriba county.
