FOR AN ADDITION TO THE LIBRARY IN LOS LUNAS IN VALENCIA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

four hundred twenty thousand dollars ($420,000) to plan, design and construct an addition to the library in Los Lunas in Valencia county.
