FOR INFRASTRUCTURE IMPROVEMENTS TO A RURAL ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT CENTER IN RIO ARRIBA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

one hundred fifty thousand dollars ($150,000) to construct infrastructure improvements to a rural economic development center in Abiquiu in Rio Arriba county.
