FOR IMPROVEMENTS TO THE PLACITAS MUTUAL DOMESTIC WATER CONSUMERS ASSOCIATION WATER SYSTEM IN RIO ARRIBA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the department of environment

four hundred seventy thousand dollars ($470,000) to construct a water treatment facility, drill a new well and install a storage tank, pump house and distribution lines for the Placitas mutual domestic water consumers association in Rio Arriba county.
