FOR PHASE 1 OF THE LAS CUMBRES LEARNING SERVICES BUILDING IN ESPANOLA IN RIO ARRIBA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

eight hundred thousand dollars ($800,000) for phase 1 expansion or renovation of the Las Cumbres learning services building in Espanola in Rio Arriba county.
