FOR IMPROVEMENTS TO THE ABIQUIU MUTUAL DOMESTIC WATER CONSUMERS ASSOCIATION WATER SYSTEM IN RIO ARRIBA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the department of environment

one hundred eighty-two thousand dollars ($182,000) to replace the water distribution lines for the Abiquiu mutual domestic water consumers association water system in Rio Arriba county.
