FOR A MAINTENANCE FACILITY AT SAN JUAN COLLEGE'S RIVERVIEW EDUCATION AND RECREATIONAL CENTER IN KIRTLAND IN SAN JUAN COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

five hundred fifty-five thousand dollars ($555,000) to plan, design and construct a maintenance facility, including fencing, at San Juan college's Riverview education and recreational center in Kirtland in San Juan county.
