FOR IMPROVEMENTS TO THE PARKS AND BASEBALL FIELDS IN CLAYTON IN UNION COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) for improvements to the parks and baseball fields in Clayton in Union county.
