FOR RENOVATING THE EMERGENCY MEDICAL SERVICES BUILDING IN DES MOINES IN UNION COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

two hundred fifty thousand dollars ($250,000) to plan, design and renovate the emergency medical services building in Des Moines in Union county.
