FOR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS TO THE COURTHOUSE IN FORT SUMNER IN DE BACA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

twenty-five thousand dollars ($25,000) to renovate the courthouse in Fort Sumner in De Baca county.
