FOR IMPROVEMENTS TO HERITAGE PARK IN LOS LUNAS IN VALENCIA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

three hundred twenty-five thousand dollars ($325,000) to plan, design and construct improvements to Heritage park in Los Lunas in Valencia county.
