FOR PLANNING AND DESIGNING AN INSTRUCTIONAL FACILITY AT THE UNIVERSITY OF NEW MEXICO VALENCIA CAMPUS IN VALENCIA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the board of regents of the university of New Mexico

ninety-seven thousand dollars ($97,000) to plan and design an instructional facility at the university of New Mexico Valencia campus in Valencia county.
