45TH LEGISLATURE - SECOND SESSION - 2002

REQUESTED BY Kandy Cordova

FOR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS IN HOUSE DISTRICT 7 IN VALENCIA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

• to the department of environment

one million dollars ($1,000,000) for land acquisition, engineering and construction of the closure of the landfill in Valencia county; and

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

forty-five thousand dollars ($45,000) to equip the El Cerro Mission fire department in Valencia county;

sixty-five thousand dollars ($65,000) to equip and furnish the sheriff's substation in El Cerro Mission in Valencia county; and

one million dollars ($1,000,000) to repair, remodel and construct facilities for the district court judges in Valencia county.
