REQUESTED BY Manuel G. Herrera

FOR CAPITAL PROJECTS IN BAYARD IN GRANT COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

• to the department of environment

three hundred eighty-five thousand dollars ($385,000) for a water transmission line to connect a well to a booster station in Bayard in Grant county; and

three million dollars ($3,000,000) for phase two construction of a wastewater treatment plant in Bayard in Grant county; and

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

three hundred thousand dollars ($300,000) to renovate city hall and the old fire station in Bayard in Grant county.
