FOR A VAN AND EQUIPMENT FOR THE SPAY AND NEUTER AWARENESS PROGRAM IN DONA ANA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

seventy-five thousand dollars ($75,000) to purchase a mobile clinic van and surgical equipment for the spay and neuter awareness program in Dona Ana county.
