45TH LEGISLATURE - SECOND SESSION - 2002

REQUESTED BY Donald L. Whitaker

FOR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS IN TATUM IN LEA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

• to the department of environment

three hundred sixty thousand dollars ($360,000) to purchase and install a water tank, booster pump and chlorination system and to replace water lines in Tatum in Lea county;

• to the state highway and transportation department

three hundred thousand dollars ($300,000) for street improvements in Tatum in Lea county; and

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

twenty-five thousand dollars ($25,000) to purchase and install a warning system in Tatum in Lea county.
