FOR PHASE 1 IMPROVEMENTS TO THE ISLETA BOULEVARD SW PROJECT IN THE SOUTH VALLEY AREA IN BERNALILLO COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the state highway and transportation department

three million nine hundred thousand dollars ($3,900,000) to acquire rights of way, improve drainage and construct phase 1 of the Isleta boulevard SW project in the south valley area in Bernalillo county.
