FOR A NEW STUDENT SERVICES BUILDING AT THE NEW MEXICO INSTITUTE OF MINING AND TECHNOLOGY IN SOCORRO COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the board of regents of New Mexico institute of mining and technology

three million two hundred thousand dollars ($3,200,000) to design, construct, landscape and furnish a student services building on the New Mexico institute of mining and technology campus in Socorro in Socorro county.
