FOR IMPROVEMENTS TO COUNTY ROAD 142 IN SIERRA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the state highway and transportation department

twenty-five thousand dollars ($25,000) for improvements to county road 142, three thousand feet beyond state road 142, in Sierra county.
