FOR RENOVATIONS TO THE E. E. TORRES ELEMENTARY SCHOOL BUILDING IN THE SOCORRO CONSOLIDATED SCHOOL DISTRICT IN SOCORRO COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the state department of public education

one hundred eighty thousand dollars ($180,000) for renovations to the E. E. Torres elementary school building, including replacement of the heating and cooling system, plumbing and roofing, in the Socorro consolidated school district in Socorro county.
