FOR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS IN TRUTH OR CONSEQUENCES IN SIERRA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

• to the department of environment

four hundred twenty-five thousand dollars ($425,000) to purchase sanitation equipment, including a scraper and rear loader, for Truth or Consequences in Sierra county; and

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

two hundred fifty thousand dollars ($250,000) to upgrade the electrical system in Truth or Consequences in Sierra county.
