FOR COMMISSIONING AN ARTIST TO CREATE RETABLOS FOR THE MISSION CONVENTO CENTER IN ESPANOLA IN RIO ARRIBA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) to commission an artist to create retablos for the Mission Convento center in Espanola in Rio Arriba county.
