FOR REPAIRING AND RECONSTRUCTING A HEADGATE IN THE ACEQUIA DE ARRIBA IN EL VALLE IN TAOS COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the interstate stream commission

seventy-five thousand dollars ($75,000) for repairs and reconstruction of a headgate in the acequia de Arriba in El Valle in Taos county.
