REQUESTED BY Sandra L. Townsend

FOR CAPITAL PROJECTS IN THE JICARILLA APACHE NATION IN DULCE IN RIO ARRIBA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

• to the New Mexico office of Indian affairs

twenty-six thousand dollars ($26,000) to purchase playground equipment for a child activity area in the Jicarilla Apache Nation in Dulce in Rio Arriba county; and

fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) to construct a facility for the maintenance department of the Jicarilla Apache Nation in Dulce in Rio Arriba county.
