FOR SAFETY RENOVATIONS AT THE SAN DIEGO RIVERSIDE PUBLIC CHARTER SCHOOL IN THE PUEBLO OF JEMEZ IN SANDOVAL COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the state department of public education

one hundred twelve thousand five hundred dollars ($112,500) to renovate a school building to comply with health, safety and Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 standards at the San Diego riverside public charter school in the pueblo of Jemez in Sandoval county.
