FOR AN ENGINEERING FEASIBILITY STUDY FOR CONVEYANCE OF WATER AND CONSTRUCTION OF A RESERVOIR FOR THE TULAROSA COMMUNITY DITCH ASSOCIATION IN OTERO COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the office of the state engineer

eighty thousand dollars ($80,000) to conduct an engineering feasibility study for the conveyance of water and the construction of a storage reservoir for the Tularosa community ditch association in Otero county.
