FOR IMPROVEMENTS TO THE HISTORIC TRAIN DEPOT AND VISITORS' CENTER IN ARTESIA IN EDDY COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

one hundred twenty-five thousand dollars ($125,000) to renovate the historic train depot and visitors' center, including fencing, parking lot improvements and lighting, in Artesia in Eddy county.
